TYPE

CHASSIS
Of normal profiles, with enlistment of adjustable height, chains of security, simple axis with elastics and covers 750 xs 16 10 fabrics, mudguard, prescribed back lights. Retractable front support for enlistment and release.
TRAY
Of 500 liters of capacity; double, in thermal oil bath of forced circulation, with insulating coating of (2 ½) 63mm of thickness and longitudinal agitator to trowel driven hydraulically, inner serpentine for cut and preheating of sellante material and lateral valve of manual unloading of 2″ of diameter.
MATERIAL LOAD
Cover superior of located load to an advisable height to carry out the material provision from the floor, with system anti spill that avoids splash to the operator at the moment for entering sealant breads.
HEATING SYSTEM
Integrated with a burner to gas packaged with permanent pilot, complemented with a manual safety valve and electrical ignition.
PROVISION OF SEALANT MATERIAL
By means of a pump of positive displacement, driven hydraulically, of pressure and pressure gauge of pressure control.
HEATING HOSE SYSTEM
Double stainless mesh steel hose heated by thermal oil bath in forced circulation, total contact with the conductive hose of sealant material and had in ceramic insulating material to avoid the transmission of temperature to the operator. Aplicator lance composed of double tube heated by forced thermal oil circulation. It has interchangeable tips for the different functions, valve of easy drive by means of trigger.
THIS SYSTEM OF HOSE and LANCE HEATED MAINTAINS CONSTANT the TEMPERATURE of the SEALENT IN ALL the LENGTH (5.000 mm.) OF THE SAME ONES, EVEN IN LONG INTERRUPTIONS OF APPLICATION NOT REQUIRING NONE OF THESE DANGEROUS MANEUVERS:
· CLEANING WITH RELIABLE (fire danger and toxic inhalations)
· CLEANING WITH COMPRESSED AIR (danger of burns by splash)
· DISCONNECTION OF the HOSE (danger of burns and deterioration of terminals)
· TRAY RECIRCULATION (danger of burns by insolvent maneuvers)
· HEATING IN CAMERA (danger of burns by high outer heating in all the length of the hose)
THERMAL OIL CIRCULATION
By means of pump of positive displacement driven hydraulically, pressure gauge of pressure control.
HYDROSTATIC SYSTEM
Gear pump driven by diesel engine, with starting electrical to battery, instruments of control and cooled by water; tank for hydraulic fluid and valves of manual drive for control of pump of asphalt and agitator.
TEMPERATURE CONTROL
Located in the inner part of it bats with it limits adjustable after control of dull of burner. It has in addition two measurers to temperature for thermal oil and material sealant of 0 to 300 Cs type clock, located in the later part of the machine for a easy visualization of the operator.
OPTIONAL
SYSTEM OF WORK ADVANCE

COMPRESSOR
Of 1100 lts./m. to 4 kg of pressure from exit to 1400 rpm. driven hydraulically and controlled by valve pressure controller commanded by presóstato and with tank of storage of air of 40 liters and hose of 10 meters in length.
BURNER
Burner to gas for the heating of meetings with automatic ignition.
